Our Technical Services provides the hotel with the appropriate architectural, engineering and life safety standards, which are constantly reviewed in keeping with changing demands and regulations. Peerless suggests and takes part in all areas of project development, be it planning, designing, construction phase, or operations. The Central Reservation System (CRS) is a centralised computer-based system connected to the Property Management Systems (PMS) at the hotels. We have been able to increase our market reach by connecting the CRS to new channels of distribution such as the Internet and Global Distribution Systems.
