Our Technical Services provides the hotel with the appropriate architectural, engineering and life safety standards, which are constantly reviewed in keeping with changing demands and regulations. Peerless suggests and takes part in all areas of project development, be it planning, designing, construction phase, or operations. The Central Reservation System (CRS) is a centralised computer-based system connected to the Property Management Systems (PMS) at the hotels. The single-image of the Group’s room inventory facilitates Up-selling, Cross selling and Improved Revenue Management. We have been able to increase our market reach by connecting the CRS to new channels of distribution such as the Internet and Global Distribution Systems.

HR Support: All our new recruits undergo various introductory training courses to welcome and induct them into Peerless philosophy and culture. An induction manual is handed over to every employee on the day he/she joins the hotel. This manual lists important details about Peerless Hotels, complete information on the hotel where he/she is posted, code of conduct, etc.
