Our Technical Services provides the hotel with the appropriate architectural, engineering and life safety standards, which are constantly reviewed in keeping with changing demands and regulations. Peerless suggests and takes part in all areas of project development, be it planning, designing, construction phase, or operations. Peerless provides technical services through a dedicated team of professionals including project managers, architects, interior designers, project engineers, surveyors and system personnel.

The Central Reservation System (CRS) is a centralised computer-based system connected to the Property Management Systems (PMS) at the hotels. The single-image of the Group’s room inventory facilitates Up-selling, Cross selling and Improved Revenue Management. We have been able to increase our market reach by connecting the CRS to new channels of distribution such as the Internet and Global Distribution Systems.
